What happens during a CleanBot visit?
1. We come to your door
Your technician arrives at your home with the tools, cleaning equipment and common parts needed to service your robot.
2. We inspect your robot
We look for excessive wear, buildup, damaged components or performance issues.
3. We disassemble and clean
Appropriate removable components are taken apart so accumulated hair, dust, fibers and debris can be properly removed.
4. We service filters and wear items
Filters are cleaned or replaced as appropriate, and brushes, rollers and other wear components are inspected.
5. We check battery condition
Battery health is evaluated so declining runtime or performance can be identified before it becomes a surprise.
6. We put it back to work
Your robot is reassembled, cleaned and ready to return to the job you bought it for.

If a brush, roller, filter or other common wear item needs replacement, we can often take care of it during the same visit.
We’ll always explain what we found, what we recommend, and what additional parts and service will cost before replacing anything.
